Welcome to PostCur. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using PostCur, an AI-powered social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing platform.
By using PostCur, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
PostCur helps users create captions, manage brand voice, schedule content, and publish or share content across supported social media platforms. Some features may require connecting third-party accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, or YouTube.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login information. Users must provide accurate information and must not use PostCur for illegal, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
3. Connected Social Accounts
When a user connects a third-party social media account, PostCur may request limited permissions needed to provide the selected features. PostCur only uses connected account access to perform actions requested by the user, such as displaying connected account status, preparing posts, uploading content, publishing content, scheduling content, or showing related posting information.
Users may disconnect social accounts at any time where supported.
4. User Content
Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, schedule, publish, or share through PostCur. Users must have the legal right to use any images, videos, captions, trademarks, music, or other materials they upload or publish.
PostCur does not claim ownership of user content. Users grant PostCur permission to process, store, and transmit content only as needed to provide the service.
5. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use PostCur to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
- Post spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, or misleading content.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
- Attempt to bypass social platform rules, limits, or security systems.

6. Third-Party Platforms
PostCur integrates with third-party platforms. Each platform has its own terms, policies, API rules, and account requirements. PostCur is not responsible for the actions, availability, restrictions, or decisions of third-party platforms.
Use of connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms and policies.
7. AI-Generated Content
PostCur may use AI to help generate captions, suggestions, schedules, or content ideas. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. PostCur does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, compliant, or suitable for every situation.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Some PostCur features may require payment or an active subscription. Pricing, billing terms, refunds, and subscription rules may be shown during checkout or inside the user account.
9. Service Availability
PostCur may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
